The project included construction of a new 8,430-square-foot, single-story addition to accommodate Junior Achievement’s Finance Park, along with a comprehensive renovation of the existing facility. The addition features a structural steel frame with a masonry and EIFS exterior system.
Scope of work encompassed development of a dedicated bus parking lot and new bus circulation lanes, interior finish upgrades to the existing BizTown space, replacement of the building’s exterior envelope including EIFS and masonry wainscot, installation of custom vinyl wall graphics, and a complete upgrade to the electrical service.
