As a Certified Construction Management Firm we work directly with clients to help provide them the best of the best from budgeting to completion! If you are interested in working alongside Limestone, please see our standard requirements for all subcontractors before providing a bid for the project/s below. 

Standard Subcontractor Requirements for Bid: 

Compliance - Contractor must have W9 and Certificate of Insurance holding both General Liability and Workman's Compensation policies.

Bonding - If the contractor is interested in a project that requires bonding, the contractor must be able to provide bonding in a timely manner when awarded the project.
